LifeShapes Programs is dedicated to quality education in the area of craniosacral therapy and related work in the healing arts.

We offer three intro level craniosacral courses:
• Biodynamic Craniosacral Foundations
and Practices
• Functional Biodynamics and States of Balance
• Restoring Resilience in the Nervous System.

Students may continue to complete a full 700 hour foundation training fulfilling the requirements to be a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST) through the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America.

LifeShapes is honored to be a member of the International Alliance of Biodynamic Trainings. Graduates can be listed as BCST (Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist) on this international site.

LifeShapes curriculum is based on an integrative approach developed by LifeShapes team. It is grounded in the pioneering concepts of Dr. William Garner Sutherland and its flow and wholeness is based on concepts developed by Franklyn Sills, Karuna Institute and the international biodynamic community.

The influences of Drs. Rollin Becker, James Jealous, John Upledger, Jean Pierre Barral, Ray Castellino, Randolph Stone, Peter Levine, Anngwyn St. Just and Pat Ogden bring depth and added understanding from embryology, birth, somatic trauma work, polarity therapy and the overall philosophy of natural healing based in osteopathic roots.

Current research on the Social Engagement Nervous System, Attachment theory and heart field therapeutic work are integrated into the course.

Related courses include such topics as Integrative Equine Bodywork, Natural Facial Rejuvenation- Face Lift Massage, EFT Synthesis and Body Wisdom Trauma Healing.

INSTRUCTORS
Mary Louise Muller and Christopher Muller are dynamic, creative, supportive and inspiring teachers. They have been actively involved in the development of the biodynamic model of craniosacral therapy since bringing Franklyn Sills to the United States in the early 1990’s to teach his first American craniosacral training.
Mary Louise M.Ed., RCST®, RPP, is course director for LifeShapes Programs and developer of Resonant Healing. She is an internationally recognized teacher and author who has been active in the healing arts for 35 years. For over 30 years she has been teaching and studying in the fields of craniosacral, polarity, kinesiology and somatic trauma healing.
Christopher RCST®, RPP is an internationally recognized teacher of polarity and biodynamic craniosacral therapy. He has been teaching biodynamic craniosacral for 12 years and polarity for almost 30. In addition to his private practice and teaching, Christopher develops anatomical models of the skull and publishes books related to embryology and biodynamic craniosacral therapy.
Debra Bochinski RCST®, DONA has been part of LifeShapes teaching team since the early 1990's. Also active in the development of the biodynamic model, she brings her added background of working as a doula and pre and perinatal family support person.
Susan Lange O.M.D., L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist, Doctor of Oriental Medicine and craniosacral therapist in private practice in Santa Monica, California. She has been teaching Face-Lift Massage since the early 1980's based on the work of Dr. Frances Wong. Along with her husband Julian, she opened the first and finest non-toxic holistic healing center in Santa Monica in the 1990's.

Sue Tiritilli is an educator who is committed to sharing life changing tools. She is trained to bring the spirit of joy, creativity and presence to the learning process. Sue has studied Brain Gym, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, specialized kinesiology, Personal Development and EFT. She teaches in a way that includes auditory, visual and kinesthetic learners. She especially enjoys working with youth and specializes in helping children learn to read.

Dee Howe completed her biodynamic craniosacral training with LifeShapes. She has been working with horses for 30 years. She has developed a training program that includes alternative therapies to enhance ones horsemanship and self-awareness.
